The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Room was clean and well-equipped. Convenient location near Lakeside. Tasty breakfast with plenty of options. Great value for the price.

This boutique hotel is a great value with gracious and helpful staff. The rooms are modern, clean, and in great condition. The hotel is situated on a calm street, within walking distance to Fewa Lake and the main drag of the area. The staff are incredibly attentive and offer a tasty breakfast. The laundry service was quick, and they have lovely balconies.
Noise from traffic can be heard in some rooms.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond in their hospitality - from friendly welcomes to helpful recommendations. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with a clean environment and great amenities. The location was perfect, situated near many popular attractions and transportation options. Plus, the breakfast was tasty, providing a great start to our day.
Couldn't stay longer.

The service at Haven O'Ganga was really good. The staff were really nice too make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The location is convenient, with restaurants and mini marts just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Pokhara.

The complementary breakfast was good and the free Wi-Fi worked well. the location was great, only a short walk from many restaurants and shopping options. It was really convenient not having to take any taxis to places. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable.
The staff at the hotel was not friendly or helpful. When I asked for some extra towels, they acted like it was a huge inconvenience.

Liked the Location and Service
This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several shops and restaurants, which was really handy. The staff were incredibly hospitable and provided great service that made our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered great views of the surrounding mountains that we really appreciated. the location, service, and accommodations were great.
The limited food options available at the hotel. While there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from, it would have been nice to have more options on offer at the hotel itself.

The hotel is located right near a great restaurant which definitely helps. It's also close to the lakeside and next to the Main Street with all the shops. The rooms offer a great view of the mountain from the balcony and the staff provide amazing hospitality. The comfortable bed and delicious breakfast complete the experience.
No room for improvement – everything was perfect.
